This study, a screening model towards status assessment, was carried out in \norder to determine the level of consciousness and voice problems related to voice use \nof individuals working as imam-preacher and muezzin-tutor. Participants of the work \nconsist of 115 religious officers working as imam-preacher and muezzin-tutor in the \ncenter of Kırşehir Provincial Office of Mufti. The data was obtained from \nquestionnaires and visual evaluations. Visual features were determined by flexible \noptical fiber nasopharyngoscopy and anterior rhinoscopy with the help of aquestionnaire consisting of 20 questions about the use and health of the voice and a \ndescriptive method was used in statistical analysis of the data. \nAccording to the results obtained from the survey questions; it was seen that \nthe participants did not have a conscious approach to voice use, that the ones \nreceiving voice training, diction lesson and speech training were low, that most of \nthem had difficulties in the morning and evening prayers, that they experienced \nintense voice complaints and that they had frequent colds and were exposed to \nsituations affecting the voice. According to the visual evaluation, septum deviations, \nnodules, inferior turbinate hypertrophy (nose) and reflux were diagnosed
