Spor Federasyon Başkanları ve Genel Sekreterlerinin Perspektifinden Değişim Yönetiminde Adaptasyon

In this study, change management, which is an important issue today, has been examined. It has been done with the aim of determining how institutions adapt to this change management in the face of change management, while their environment changes, and how they adapt themselves to this changing environment. First of all, sports organizations were examined in the study. Representing these organizations, sports federations are taken as a basis. Interviews were made with the presidents of the federation and the general secretaries of the federation. Subsequently, the audio recordings were transcribed and recorded. Finally, the themes were explained by associating them with the theories. A total of ten (10) participants participated in the study. Five (5) of them are sports federation presidents and the other five (5) are general sectarians of sports federations. Özet Yapılan bu çalışmada günümüzde önemli bir konu olan değişim yönetimi incelenmiştir. Değişim yönetimi karşısında kurumların bu değişim yönetimine nasıl adapte oldukları çevreleri değişirken kendileri bu değişen çevre karşısında nasıl uyumladıklarını belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Öncelikle çalışmada spor örgütleri incelenmiştir. Bu örgütleri temsilen spor federasyonları baz alınmıştır. Federasyon başkanları ve federasyon genel sekreterleriyle görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Devamında alınan ses kayıtları yazıya geçirilerek kaydedilmiştir. Kaydedilen verilerin analizleri yapılırken veriler önceden belirlenmiş kriterler göre kodlanmıştır. Yapılan kodlamalar sonrasında oluşturulan kodlar temalar altında birleştirilmiştir. Son olarak oluşturan temalara kuramlar ile ilişkilendirilerek açıklanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmaya toplam on (10) katılımcı katılmıştır. Bunlardan beşi (5) spor federasyon başkanları diğer beş (5) ise spor federasyonları genel sekterleridir. Katılımcıların verdikleri cevaplar doğrultusunda çıkan sonuçlar analiz edilerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırılan sonuçlar bulgular kısmında önceden belirlenmiş kriter doğrultusunda paylaşılmıştır.
