Industrial revolutions have brought many innovations to human life every time. Innovations in production and technology have increased the range of products and products and made them more accessible to the whole world. In addition, while bringing innovations to the social life of the employees and the business world, occupational health and safety issues were also raised. The possible effects of the Industry Revolution, which is the last of the industrial revolutions, during and after the dissemination of the Industry is not known clearly. The current information and insights focus on specific issues and their impact on occupational safety. This review discusses the potential impacts of the innovations introduced by Industry 4.0 on the working life and social life of the employees and the risks and opportunities that may arise in occupational health and safety issues.
