The game design stands out as an important application area within Digital Humanities due to its potential to visualize abstract concepts, enhance learner motivation, and transform complex content into interactive learning environments. In chemistry education, the concept of a mole is considered one of the topics that students find most difficult to understand due to its abstract nature and the mathematical operations it requires. Therefore, the use of digital game design in the teaching of the mole concept offers an innovative teaching approach that supports conceptual understanding and increases learner engagement thru interactive learning. In the study, the aim was to design an educational digital game for teaching the mole concept, which is one of the most important topics in chemistry, and to gather the opinions of teacher candidates after they played the game.
