Feeder_CAD_Files.zip includes the printable 3D components of the feeder: - Cap.stl is the STL file for the cap of the feeder module.- CollectingBox.stl is the STL file for the collecting box of the feeder module.- ElectricShockGrid.stl is the STL file for the electric shock grid of the feeder module.- MainBase.stl is the STL file for the main base of the feeder module. - FloBuzzTestSetup.f3z is the assembled Fusion 360 file of the complete experimental setup, provided as a representative system-level configuration. SyringePump_Codes.zip includes the necessary files to build the pump control unit.- SyringePump.ino contains the firmware running on the microcontroller of the pump control unit.- SyringePumpLogger.py is used to record operational logs generated by the syringe pump during runtime.- ReadMe.txt describes the basic features of the syringe pump and provides usage instructions.- PumpControlUnitPCB.jpg shows the circuit diagram of the custom-designed PCB for the pump control unit.
