Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci; maxiller ve mandibular class II restorasyonlari simuleederek, yercekimi kuvvetinin, bulk-fill kompozit restorasyonlarin internal vemarjinal adaptasyonlarinin kalitesini etkileyip etkilemedigini micro-CT ileincelemektir. Bu calismada 50 adet curuksuz insan 3. Molar disi kullanilmistir. Kavitepreparasyonlarinin tamamlanmasinin ardindan disler rastgele bes gruba ayrilmis vebes farkli restorative material ile restore edilmistir Her bir disin mesial kutukavitesi yercekimi kuvveti dogrultusunda restore edilirken, distal kutu kavitesiyercekimi dogrultusuna zit yonde pozisyonlarak restore edilmistirDaha sonra disler Mikro Bilgisayarli Tomografi’ye yerlestirilmis ve elde edilengoruntuler ile restorstorasyonlarin internal ve majinal adaptasyonlari incelenmistirAbstractThe purpose of this study; by simulating maxillary and mandibular class IIrestorations the force of gravity, bulk-filled composite that restoration of internaland affect the quality of marginal adaptation is to examine the micro-CT.In thisstudy, 50 caries free human 3rd molar teeth were used. Mesial and distal surfacesof the tooth-shaped boxes were opened class II cavities. Cavity preparation to theteeth occlusal faces after discontinuation of all, the depth of the cavity is etched insuch a way will be limited to 5 mm. Teeth after the completion of cavitypreparations randomly divided into five groups and has been restored with fivedifferent restorative material is being restored in line with mesial box cavitygravity of each tooth in the opposite direction to the distal box cavity gravity linehas been restored. Then the teeth of the internal and marginal-adaptationrestorstorasyon Micro Computerized Tomography placed, and the resulting imageswere examined
