Throughout the world, a large amount of crabs are discarded into the environment without evaluating products such as shrimp and mushrooms. Today, they do not come up with a re-evaluation of waste, new products, these products are obtained. This product comes at the beginning of chitin and its derivatives. Chitin is a material having a high potential in various fields. The cell walls of fungi, insects, and the structure of the exoskeleton of arthropods and marine invertebrates has the basic structure of the shell. In this study, the crystal structure of chitin, mushrooms and shellfish are mentioned in the synthesis and applications of the textile industry alive.
