Abstract
English (OpenAlex)
Primary thyroid lymphoma is a rare malignancy, accounting for approximately 5% of all thyroid malignancies and less than 2% of extranodal lymphomas. Diffuse B-cell lymphoma is the most common pathological subtype of primary thyroid lymphoma. It typically presents as a rapidly growing, painless thyroid mass and may cause compressive symptoms. Its treatment is similar to non-thyroid lymphoma.
