The Effect of Physical Education and Sports Teachers Ethic Position on Attitudes towards Profession

In the research, the sample was chosen by purposeful sampling method.354 Physical Education and Sports teachers participated in the study.53.4% (189 people) of these teachers were female and 46.6% (165 people) were male.Personal information form, the "Ethical position Questionnaire (EPQ)" to determine the ethical position of Physical Education and Sports teachers, and "Teaching Profession Attitude Scale (TPAS)" to determine the attitudes of Physical Education and Sports teachers towards the profession were used as data collection tools in the study.Proper statistical analysis were performed.No significant difference was found in the ethical position and attitudes towards the profession of Physical Education and Sports Teachers in favour of male teachers.No significant difference was found in Physical Education and Sports teachers' ethical position and attitudes towards the profession by age in all dimensions except idealism.It was concluded that the ethical position of Physical Education and Sports Teachers positively affected their attitudes towards the profession.
