The present study aimed to determine some demographic characteristics of the Justice and Development Party (JDP) deputies, who have been in power for nearly twenty years since November 2002, in the historical process. The Justice and Development Party, which came to power after winning the early elections in November 2002, managed to come to power alone in the 2007 and 2011 elections. The party could not obtain a parliamentary majority to form a government on its own in the June 2015 elections, but it was able to come back to power alone with the elections that were repeated in November 2015.
