Aim: This study evaluated the relationship between adherence to a plant-based diet (PBD) and gastrointestinal symptoms.Material and Method: This study was conducted on 314 individuals aged 18-65 years between April and June 2024. A questionnaire form consisting of a general information section, food consumption frequency, and Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale questions was applied to the participants.Results: It was found that individuals who showed more adherence to healthy PBD experienced lower reflux symptoms.
