This research was carried out to determine the nomophobia levels of travel agency employees in Gaziantep. In this study in which quantitative research method was used, a questionnaire was applied to 198 travel agency employees. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the nomophobia levels of travel agency employees are generally above normal. However, it has been statistically revealed that there is a difference in the nomophobia levels of the employees according to the factors and some demographic variables.
