One subfamily, six genera and seven species of various subfamilies of Ichneumonidae are discovered from Turkey for the first time. New data on distribution of the species are provided and for each species a chorotype classification is given.

A list and notes on species and subspecies of Orthoptera collected in western Turkey are given. One new genus, Bolua gen.n. and four new species, Poecilimon ataturki sp.n., Poecilimon kocaki sp.n., Bolua turkiyaesp. n. and Stenobothrus (Crotalacris) selmaesp.n. are described.
