This paper offers a comprehensive narrative review examining the relationship between green management practices and business performance within the framework of sustainability concepts.The study aims to synthesize conceptual and theoretical insights from previous research rather than conducting an empirical analysis.Drawing on both national and international literature, the review explores how green practices across production, design, supply chain management, marketing, accounting, and human resource management influence the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of business performance.Findings indicate that adopting a green management approach not only improves operational efficiency and corporate reputation but also supports long-term financial stability and social responsibility.This review provides a theoretical foundation for future empirical studies and offers practical guidance for organizations seeking to incorporate environmental considerations into their management processes.
