Brucellosis is a common infectious disease in developing countries and it usually has systemic symptoms. It is an endemic disease also in our country. It may rarely involve urogenital system. Epidydimo-orchitis may be seen in the course of the systemic disease or may arise as an individual clinical manifestation. Severe testicular complications may develop in case of delay in diagnosis. In this case report, we presented a patient who was diagnosed with brucella orchitis in family medicine outpatient clinc and whose family members were detected to have brucella infection thereafter.
