Aile sağlığı merkezlerinde düzenlenen sağlık eğitimlerinin sağlık çalışanlarının görüş ve deneyimlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirilmesi

Arastirmada aile sagligi merkezlerinde duzenlenen saglik egitimlerinin mevcutdurumunun, bu egitimleri duzenleyen saglik calisanlarinin gorus ve deneyimlerinedayali olarak ortaya konulmasi amaclanmistir. Arastirmanin calisma grubunu, Ankaraili Mamak ve Cankaya ilcelerinde bulunan aile sagligi merkezlerinde calisan, alti hekimve sekiz aile sagligi elemani olusturmaktadir. Arastirmada oncelikle ilgili literaturtaramasi yapilmis, daha sonra verilerin toplanmasi amaciyla yari yapilandirilmisgorusme formu hazirlanmistir. Gorusme formunda yer alacak sorularin gelistirilmesindeuzman goruslerine basvurulmustur. Formun birinci bolumunde arastirmaya katilanlarinsosyo-demografik ozelliklerini iceren sorular yer alirken, ikinci bolumde aile hekimligisistemine, duzenledikleri saglik egitimlerine ve bu egitimler sirasinda egiticilerinyetiskin egitimi alanindaki yeterlilik durumlarina iliskin sorular bulunmaktadir. Tumgorusmeler yuz yuze yapilmistir. Elde edilen veriler icerik analizi yontemiylecozumlenmistir.Arastirmada ozetle su sonuclara ulasilmistir: Arastirmaya katilan saglikcalisanlarinin, saglik egitimi veya yetiskin egitimi hakkinda duzenli bir egitimalmadiklari gorulmustur. Buyuk bir cogunlugu verilen egitimlerin hedef kitleye ya hiculasmadigini ya da sinirli bir sekilde ulastigini ifade etmistir. Saglik egitimi verirkengenellikle mesleki deneyimlerinden faydalandiklari, tibbi terim kullanmamaya, halkinanlayabilecegi bir dille anlatmaya ve uygun ogrenme atmosferini saglamaya dikkatettikleri saptanmistir.AbstractThe aim of the study is to reveal the health education organized in the familyhealth centers by the opinions and experiences of the health workers who givethiseducation.The study group consists of six physicians and eight health workersat the familyhealth centers in Mamak and Cankaya, two districts of Ankara. Data was collected by asemi-structured interview form, which has been prepared according to the data obtainedfrom the literature review.During the development of the questions in the interviewform expert opinions were consulted. In the first part of the form there are questionsabout the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants, in the second partparticipants are asked about the family medicine system, the health education they haveorganized and their competencies in adult education principles. All interviews weremade face to face. The data was analyzed by content analysis method.According to the results,we obtained that Health workers participating in thesurvey were not regularly trained for health and adult education. A large of majoritystated that the training did not reach to the target group or reached to a limited extent. Ithas been determined that while giving health education participants often takeadvantage of their professional experience, pay attention to not using medical terms, usea language that public can understand, and try to provide an appropriate learningatmosphere.
