PS-043 YÜZEY İŞLEMLERİ VE YAŞLANDIRMANIN ÜÇ-BOYUTLU-ÜRETİLEN RESTORASYON MATERYALİNİN ADEZYONU ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ

Aim:  The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different surface treatments and aging on shear bond strength (SBS) of the contemporary 3D printed indirect restorative material (saremco print-CROWNTEC, SAREMCO Dental AG, Switzerland) to the luting cement.   Methodology: A total of 96 disc-shaped specimens (3 mm thick, 10 mm diameter) were produced and polished with 600-grit silicon carbide sheets (Abramin; Struers) and cleaned. The specimens were divided into four groups in terms of surface treatment protocols: control (no treatment), tribochemical silica coating, 50 μm aluminium-oxide (Al2O3) sandblasting, 110 μm Al2O3 sandblasting (n=24). A silicone mold with a hole in the center (h=2mm, O=3mm) was used for the application of the resin cement (Panavia V5, Kuraray Noritake Dental, Japan). The resin cement was cured by use of an LED-unit (Valo Cordless, Ultradent Products, USA) with a curing time of 20s. The specimens were divided into two subgroups: non-aged (stored in distilled water at 37°C for 24 hours) and aged (thermocycled; 5000 cycles, 5°C–55°C, dwell time 30s). The SBS test was performed (MOD Dental, Esetron Smart Robotechnologies, Turkey; 0.5 mm/min). The data were analysed using two-way ANOVA, Tukey HSD multiple comparison tests at a significance level of p<0.05.   Results: Two-way ANOVA revealed that the different surface treatments and aging process effected the SBS values of 3D printed indirect restoration materials (p<0.05). The highest SBS values were obtained in the tribochemical silica coating groups (p<0.05). The lowest SBS values were obtained in the control groups (p<0.05). The SBS values of the control, 50 mµ Al2O3 and 110 mµ Al2O3 groups were significantly decreased after aging process (p<0.05).   Conclusion: The tribochemical silica coating surface treatment group showed the highest SBS values and the aging process had no effect on the SBS values of this group.
