Phaselis-Antalya yüzme alanında rekreasyonal yat/bot atık suları ve insan aktivitelerinin yüzme suyu ve halk sağlığı üzerine etkileriThe effects of recreational yacht/bot sewage discharge and human activities on bathing water quality and public health in Phaselis/Antalya swimming area ABSTRACT Objective: It is aimed to determine the possible effects of microbial pollution caused by boat / yacht waste water and visitors (swimmer) on public health in Phaselis bay.Methods: Sampling took place three times a day in the morning, noon and evening between 08: 00-18: 30, on weekends in August 2008 and August 2015.E. coli on m-Endo agar medium and.Intestinal enterokok on Azide medium were then counted by membrane filtration method according to standard methods.The yacht / boat was watched and recorded with the binoculars between 8:00 am and 18:30 pm, the number of visitors, the entrance and exit times of the bay.The average time for yachts to bend in the bay was calculated.Statistical evaluation was done with MS Office Excel program.Results: According to the measurement results of Saturday and Sunday, which are concentrated by tourists and local people coming from land and sea, the highest indicator values reached at noon and evening hours.It is much lower in the morning hours.Given the total number of visitors to Phaselis, the highest number of visitors was determined to be Sunday.Fecal ÖZET Amaç: Phaselis koyunda tekne/yat kaynaklı atık suların ve ziyaretçilerin (yüzücü) neden olduğu mikrobiyolojik kirliliğin halk sağlığı üzerine olası etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
