The aim of this study is to investigate the efficiency of hospital bed use with Pabon Lasso model. The study includes retrospective in 2005-2016 years. In order to determine the effectiveness of bed use in hospitals, bed occupancy rate (BOR), bed turnover rate (BTR) and average length of stay (ALS) were used as variables. According to Pabon Lasso model, low BOR and BTR, long ALS were found to be inefficient in 2005-2007 and 2010-2012. In 2008-2009 and 2013-2016, high BOR and BTR, short ALS were found to be efficient.
