The increasing use of technology and sedentary lifestyles contribute to postural disorders in children, leading to musculoskeletal problems in later stages of life. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of drama-based education on increasing posture awareness in primary school children. One hundred students aged 7-9 years were included in the study and randomly assigned to either a study or a control group. The study group received interactive posture training through a drama play while both groups completed a posture awareness questionnaire for pre- and post-intervention assessment. The results indicate that drama-based training effectively improves postural awareness in children (p<0.05). Significant improvements were observed in bag-carrying, sitting, and walking postures, particularly among female students. In contrast, male students exhibited notable progress in postural correction related to visual awareness and computer use. Drama facilitates the acquisition of healthy posture habits by making the learning process engaging and memorable. This study highlights the importance of creative and interactive educational methods in preventive healthcare and advocates for using drama as an effective tool to enhance postural awareness in children. In contrast, male students exhibited notable progress in postural correction related to visual awareness and computer use.
