Abstract: In this article, the principle of deconcentration has been analyzed by different aspects. Firstly, the principle of deconcentration has been described by its current form in Turkey, then the topic has been discussed by Islamic perspective. With this approach, transfering some duties of central administration to individuals or institutions, reducing the administrative density in central administration, ensuring integrity in the administration, governing the provinces in hierarchy, the systems of governor, the duties and powers of the governors, to meet local needs, provincial expenditures and revenues have been analyzed. The article has been ended up with expressing the results.Keywords: Deconcentration, Governor, Unity in Governance
