The postpositions are words that established affinity in the meaning between two concepts. The postpositions connects the words with various case endings and establish meaning correlations between these words like similarity, cause and effect, time, instrumentality, togetherness etc. In the narrow sense the valensy is the relationship of complement. The valensy was discussed and processed in Turkish as a term that related to verbs. But it is noticed that valensy of postpositions comes out when they connect the nouns. In this study valensy of potpositions in the Kazakh and Turkish is discussed. Eventually it is determined that some postposions connecting to nouns with same case endings and some postposition connecting to nouns with different case endings are determined.
