Özet

In this study, a special main distributor was designed to increase the application efficiency of the liquid fertilizer injection and to obtain a homogeneous distribution. The experiments were carried out in two stages. In the first stage, four different wing types were designed using a computer-aided design program for the main distributor and the design was evaluated with pressure and speed-based simulation methods for application efficiency. The second stage was carried out in a laboratory environment. In the first stage, the main distributor type that was evaluated and deemed appropriate was manufactured, mounted on the liquid fertilizer injection machine and functionality trials were carried out. The main distributor is a cylindrical design consisting of a screw cap with a capacity of 32 liters. A conical piece was designed to create turbulence inside the cylindrical container. In the simulation analyses, it was concluded that the Type-1 wing design provided the desired turbulence and homogeneity among different wing designs. The Type-1 main distributor, which was manufactured during the functionality trials, was mounted on an 8-legged subsoil liquid fertilizer injector. The experiments were conducted at 3 different system pressures (1, 2 and 3 bar) and with 4 repetitions. The wingless main distributor was used as a witness. As a result of the statistical analyses, it was determined that the effect of the main distributor shape was significant in the application norm at a system pressure of 3 bar. It was determined that the application flow rate increased in the Type-1 main distributor experiments. The deviation percentage (%CV) result was determined as 15.1% at 2 bar pressure and 17.8% at 3 bar pressure in the Type-1 wing. Since the deviation value accepted by the literature for agricultural machinery liquid fertilizer and pesticide application is up to 20%, it has been determined that there is a homogeneous distribution between the legs.
