which primarily affects the gastrointestinal system. However, severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalances caused by diarrhea can precipitate systemic complications, including renal, cardiovascular, and cerebrovascular events. This case report describes a rare occurrence of cholera with concomitant myocardial infarction (MI) and ischemic stroke that has not been previously reported in the literature.
