The purpose of this study is to deal with the approaches to fight against international terrorism. Terrorism, existing since the beginning of human history, has become today one of the most serious threats to international peace and security. States may be adversely affected not only by the activities of terrorist organizations within their borders, but also by the activities in neighboring states or thousands of miles away from the activities of the terrorist organization. Thus terrorism has turned out to be “international terrorism” which is one of the most serious problems of international security. So how will be the fight against international terrorism? Undoubtedly, this fight must be realized under the international legal norms and principles, international law.
