Özet

İngilizce (OpenAlex)

Renal artery aneurysms are rare and generally asymptomatic unless they are complicated. The majority of renal artery aneurysms are located outside the renal parenchyma and rarely develop from the renal artery branches in the kidney parenchyma. Spontaneous renal artery aneurysm rupture has a high mortality rate and is the most serious complication of renal artery aneurysm. We report the case of a spontaneous intraparenchymal renal artery aneurysm rupture in a 31-year-old woman who was admitted to the emergency department with sudden onset abdominal pain.
