A model proposal for the relationships between twenty-first- century learner skills, leadership orientations and ethical values

The purpose of this research is to examine the direct and indirect relationships between twenty-first-century learner skills, leadership orientations and the tendency towards ethical values. In line with this objective, a complex predictive correlational design within a quantitative research method was used to focus on the direct and indirect effects related to whether twenty-firstcentury learner skills are predicted by multifaceted leadership orientation and propensity towards ethical values. Following the data collection process, a model was proposed based on the theoretical relationship to determine the connection between the scales. The model was tested through structural equation modeling using the AMOS program. The findings of the study indicate that multifaceted leadership orientations have a direct impact on twenty-first-century learner skills, as well as an indirect effect through the mediation of propensity towards ethical values.
