The effectiveness, efficiency and quality of health services depend on employee performance. Work performance of manpower is affected by personal characteristics, working environment and conditions, and attitudes and behaviors of other employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the existence of work-family conflict in the axis of job satisfaction and job performance of Healthcare Professionals. The study is a cross-sectional field study. The research group consists of 495 people who work as health personnel in the province of Tokat and voluntarily participated in the study. In the study, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between job performance and job definition and dominance over the job, self-efficacy level in family-work conflict, and family satisfaction. It has been determined that there is a negative relationship between the level of self-efficacy in work-family conflict. It was concluded that there was no significant difference between the personal factor variables and the areas covered in the study.
